The MICRO-INVENTORY control system is an on-line inventory system with quantity-on-hand
maintained current as of last data entry. This system maintains average cost of sales
information. The reports provided by the system include Sales Entry Report, Receiving
Report, Adjustments Reports, Distribution Listing, Order Entry Report, Minimum Quantity
Reports, Missed Sales Report, Inventory Listing by product number or alpha sort or by
category, and Price Book. Multi-level retail and vendor pricing may be maintained.
Physical inventory section allows for count sheet printing and entry of physical inventory
counts. Interface module provided to allow inventory control via hand-held computers
equipped with bar code readers.

MICRO-PAYABLES Accounts Payable System.
The MICRO-PAYABLES system maintains a balance due as of last posting. Distribution amounts
are provided to allow easy integration into the RCS departmentalized general ledger
system. The system will print checks, and produce reports showing open accounts payable,
cash requirements, manual check entry, check registers and vendor listings. Invoices may
be suspended, or force payments may be issued. Checks may be batch printed or printed as
invoices are entered.

MICRO-LEDGER General Ledger System. The
MICRO-LEDGER is an on-line multi-company general ledger system. Automatic posting from the
other RCS MICRO packages is available. The reports produced by the system include posting
journals, trial balance sheet, balance sheet, company financial sheets, chart of accounts,
income and expense statements with percentages and transaction lists. Account groupings on
the balance sheet and the income and expense statements may be defined by the user.
Account budgeting can be activated on a monthly or yearly basis with budget performance
reports printed on demand.

The MICRO-RECEIVABLE system is an on-line accounts receivable system which maintains

MICRO-PURCHASE ORDER Purchase Order System.
The MICRO-PURCHASE ORDER system is an on-line purchase order system interfacing to the RCS
inventory control and accounts payable system. Purchase orders may be generated, printed
and status updated. The system produces several reports for purchase order tracking
including Open P.O. and history reports by vendor and stock number, Receiving reports,
Control reports. On-line inquiry is also provided for both the open and history purchase
order files.

MICRO-SALES ORDER Sales Order System. The
MICRO-SALES system is an on-line sales order entry/control system. Sales Orders may be
generated, pick lists printed, packing list generated and invoices issued. Partial or
complete sales orders may be processed at time of shipping and invoicing. Reports
generated include an invoice recap, monthly and daily cost analysis, open orders by
product and customer with inquiry into a sales order history file. Complete interfacing
into the RCS MICRO-INVENTORY and MICRO-RECEIVABLES is provided for a complete integrated
accounting system.

MICRO-ASSET Fixed Asset Tracking System.
The MICRO-ASSET system is an fixed asset tracking system used to retain information
concerning all of the fixed assets for a company. Various depreciation methods may be
indicated including accelerated, sum of years digits, straight line, units of production
and accelerated switched to straight line. Reports include a master schedule, depreciation
projection, asset list by location and manufacturer. A Physical inventory module is
provided for periodic inventory. An interface to a hand held computer with bar code
reading capabilities is provided is aid in physical inventory entry and tracking. Auto
posting to the RCS MICRO-LEDGER general ledger system is also provided.

MICRO-SCHEDULING Accounts Work Scheduling
System. The MICRO-SCHEDULING system is a system used by accountants and other
professionals to schedule special and periodic work, tax forms, etc. for their clients.
Work is assigned to specific employees and progress is tracked. Monthly reports may be
generated to show approaching work schedules. Billing information may later be transferred
into the MICRO-TIME Time accounting system. A comprehensive client profile can be
maintained for each client.

MICRO-BILL OF MATERIAL Bill of Material System.
The MICRO-BILL OF MATERIAL system is integrated into the inventory system for a
comprehensive bill of material system to be used in a manufacturing environment. Labor
hours may be retained along with up to 60 reference letters for item identification via a
bill of material listing referencing drawings for pictorial representations. Requires

MICRO-SERIAL Number Tracking System. The
MICRO-SERIAL system interfaces to the MICRO-INVENTORY and MICRO-RECEIVABLES system for
applications that requiring tracking of serialized inventory items. When serialized items
are sold, information as to whom it was sold and when are retained for later warranty or
tracking purposes. Complete serialized inventory listings may be generated by item number
or accounts receivable account number. Requires RCS MICRO-INVENTORY Control System.

MICRO-KITTING Inventory Kitting System. Then
MICRO-KITTING System was designed for companies that do invoicing by kits and yet want to
track individual kit components as inventory items. At sales order invoicing time, kits
may be optionally exploded or printed as single line items. Kits may be 'built' at any
time during the inventory cycle from existing inventory stock. Requires MICRO-INVENTORY

MICRO-JOB Costing System. The MICRO-JOB
Costing interfaces with the MICRO-PAYABLES, MICRO-PAYROLL and the MICRO-RECEIVABLES
systems to provide billing and accounts information for contractors and other types of
companies which need to track A/P invoices, and labor information on a job level basis.
Accumulated information may be used to generate periodic invoices and billing information
and then transferred to the accounts receivable system for tracking.

MICRO-TIME Time Accounting System. The
Micro-Time time accounting system is a comprehensive, yet easy to use, on-line time and
billing accounting system for organizations providing professional services. The
MICRO-TIME system features hourly billing rates based either on the type of service
rendered or on the employee performing the service by the type of service performed.
Chargeable expenses are easily handled by the MICRO-TIME system and are reported on the
client statements of account and on the various reports generated by the system. Different
types of expenses may be handled by the system simply by coding a function code for each
different type of expense desired whether billable or non-billable. Accounts receivable
information is also maintained in the system.
